From fill records,
to a review you can verify.

A complete synthetic diagnostic example showing how inputs enter the calculation, which evidence limits the conclusions, and what to collect next.

This synthetic example illustrates the report structure. All values and inputs are synthetic; they are not customer results, real account performance or evidence of product operation. This is not a software runtime report or an external CSV template.

The HTML copy includes the full report. Keep report.css and the assets folder beside it to preserve its appearance. The JSON download is the same synthetic dataset, with English field keys and Chinese descriptive labels; it contains the amounts, checks and gaps shown here.

01

First, define what this report can establish.

Subject
A fill review structure for BTC and ETH, denominated in USDT
Period and account
A synthetic demonstration batch with no claimed real trading period and no real account association
Accounting basis
All amounts are in USDT; fees and funding are presented as costs
Checkable scope
Per-symbol calculations, consistent totals, cost deductions and separate presentation of execution deviation
Conclusion limits
Does not confirm real sources, account completeness, strategy ownership, validity or readiness to trade

A reviewable report also keeps unresolved questions visible.

This sample does not access market data, orders, accounts or software runtime results. PASS below describes only calculation relationships within the synthetic data.

Why do summary amounts not establish that fills are real?

Amounts can satisfy a formula without establishing who produced the records, whether an export is complete, or whether fills belong to a specified strategy. A real diagnostic review also needs verifiable sources, order and fill IDs, fee records, a time window, and links from strategy signals to execution. This sample has none of that external evidence.

02

List every result, cost and deviation.

All amounts are synthetic and denominated in USDT. Net P&L deducts fees and funding; execution deviation is shown separately and is already included in P&L from the fills.

  • Gross P&L: 90 + 30 = 120 USDT.
  • Fees: 28 + 14 = 42 USDT.
  • Funding cost: 12 + 6 = 18 USDT.
  • Net P&L: 50 + 10 = 60 USDT, consistent with the total recalculation.
  • Execution deviation: 5 + 2.5 = 7.5 USDT, shown for diagnosis only.

This sample assumes that fees and funding are USDT costs, so no currency conversion or aggregation across currencies is needed. Real records still require verification of currencies, cost direction and exchange rates. This page does not present fee rates, returns or annualized results.

04

Show deviation without counting the cost twice.

Execution deviation is 5 USDT for BTC and 2.5 USDT for ETH, totaling 7.5 USDT. This is a synthetic summary of the difference between a benchmark and fills; the benchmark has not been independently verified.

Execution deviation is already included in fill P&L.
Do not deduct it again from net P&L.

Net P&L in this sample remains 60 USDT. Deducting the 7.5 USDT again and reporting 52.5 USDT would count the cost twice.

What evidence does a real execution deviation review need?

Define the comparison benchmark, record signal and order times, retain fill prices and quantities, and verify a consistent accounting basis. Deviation can help explain execution impact, but this page contains only synthetic summaries and no independently verifiable benchmark data. It therefore cannot establish real execution quality.

05

The arithmetic holds; the strategy conclusion remains rejected.

These statuses describe this synthetic sample. They do not certify STEDVOR software, verify a real account or authorize trading.

Internal arithmetic and consistent totals

Per-symbol net P&L, all five column totals and the overall recalculation agree.

PASS

Execution deviation accounting

The 7.5 USDT is shown separately and is not deducted twice from net P&L.

PASS

Source and record authenticity

All inputs are synthetic summaries; no independent sources or real fill records are provided.

REJECTED

Complete account history coverage

Without complete fill, settlement, balance and cash-flow records, omissions and ownership cannot be established.

REJECTED

Links from strategy signals to fills

Without strategy versions, signals and order mappings, the amounts cannot be attributed to a specified strategy.

REJECTED
G01 / Sources

Sources not independently verified

Collect traceable original exports, account and order IDs, fill and fee records, and an execution benchmark. Synthetic summaries cannot replace these records.

G02 / Coverage

Missing complete account history

Define the start and end of the review window. Check continuity across fills, funding, balances and cash flows, and identify omissions, duplicates and activity from other strategies.

G03 / Strategy

Missing strategy signal evidence

Collect the strategy version, parameters and signal times, with order and fill links, before assessing strategy ownership, execution deviation or performance.

Why is the final conclusion REJECTED rather than PASS?

PASS covers only internal calculations on the supplied synthetic amounts. Sources, history and strategy signals are three required bodies of evidence that have not been independently verified. The strategy conclusion is therefore REJECTED: this sample cannot establish strategy validity. Additional records require a new review; providing them does not automatically produce PASS.

06

Turn the gaps into inputs for the next review.

  1. 01

Collect sources and a benchmark Addresses G01

Within the account owner’s authorized scope, obtain original fill, fee and funding records. Retain the export source and time, and define the execution comparison benchmark.

Supporting records: source notes, original records, ID mappings and a benchmark definition.

  2. 02

    Review complete history Addresses G02

Freeze the start and end of the review window. Check coverage of fills, settlements and cash flows, and list missing records and unresolved ownership separately.

Supporting records: a coverage inventory, duplicate and omission checks, and ownership questions to resolve.

  3. 03

    Establish strategy links Addresses G03

Add strategy versions, parameters and original signals. Link each signal to orders and fills, then review execution and cost accounting again.

Supporting records: strategy versions, signal records, and order-to-fill mappings.

  4. 04

Repeat the diagnostic review and retain the results

Recalculate and check the additional records. Keep REJECTED while gaps remain, and report ERROR if processing fails.

Supporting records: updated checks, recalculable results and explicit conclusion limits.
